If anyone has any info or suggestions, we'd greatly appreciate it! Busting out some spare 16awg and the ol' soldering iron. Problem is, without the color codes, it'll be hard to determine which wire is what. I plan on tearing out the wire harness and testing for continuity and voltages. I need to research it more, and try to find a wiring diagram. Still havent figured out how it knows the door is shut though, as I cant find a damn switch anywhere. I researched some threads here, and found that there have been problems with the wiring harness in the driver side door, that may cause these problems. Problem still present.īeen getting a lot of rain up here in Maine, so I am glad all my windows are at least shut. Put all the connections back, checked all the fuses. Tore the door panel off, took the whole switch apart, and checked the PCB for anything that looked funny or smelt burnt. Get a driver side door message on the console, and the bell constantly dinging
Driver side power windows, locks, and mirrors do not work now.
